Dissection through the Right Ventricle Showing - Tricuspid Valve & Moderator Band

Note - The thin shiny smooth lining of the heart (endocardium) made up of simple squamous epithelial cells. Explanation - The tricuspid valves 3 cusps are stretched out due to the dissection. The moderator band adds another pathway to the electrical conduction path to carry the depolarization wave more quickly to the myocardium.
